The WHO was founded in 1948, after the end of the WW1 and WW2 ritual to create a world empire, a year after founding of Tavistock. Its headquarter is in Geneva (gene=serpent of Eve) Switzerland.
It played a big role in the Covid19-ritual as a means to create a Ministry of Truth in the 1984 society, announced by George Orwell, and to gain control over human DNA.

Its first president was Brock Chisholm (Skull and Bones, Order of the British Empire, World Federation of Mental Health). The previous presidents of the World Federation of Mental Health were John Rawlings Rees and Margaret Mead of the Tavistock Institute. Rees met with Rudolf Hess at the fake Nuremberg trial. Frank Fremont-Smith worked for the Macy Foundation, helped creating the Macy Conferences.
Ronald Hargreaves, chief of WHO's mental health section, also worked for the Tavistock Institute. Alexander Wilson of Tavistock was chairman of the WHO committee on mental health and advisor of Unilever.
Harry Bailey as WHO representative, observed the electroshock-therapy of Ewen Cameron (mind control project MK Ultra) in Canada, William Sargant in UK, Larry Leksell in Sweden.

Tedros Adhanom was Ethopian Minister of Health, member of the Aspen Institute, Hardvard School of Medicine, friend of Bill Clinton and his Clinton Foundation and Bill Gates and his foundation. He met with John Kerry (S&B) at the summitt of the African Union.
Larry Brilliant worked for the WHO to push the vaccination agenda with the smallpox virus. He founded the Seva Foundation with CIA agent Richard Alpert (Ram Dass, LSD experiments of Harvard with jesuit Timothy Leary), funded by Steve Jobs. He later worked for Google.
Ray Chambers of the WHO is a member of the Berggruen Institute. Jim Yong Kim is president of Dartmouth College and works for the World Bank.
