Upton Sinclair
Upton Sinclair was a secret service propaganda writer, used as an agent of the Left Wing Church. He was educated at CCNY and Columbia University. He founded the Intercollegiate Socialist Society in 1904 with Walter Lippmann, Clarence Darrow (ACLU) and Jack London (Bohemian Club, eugenics advocate, San Francisco Examiner of Hearst). The Scottish Sinclair family was related to the Stuarts. He was given the Pulitzer Prize of Fiction. |
He was the cousin of Wallis Simpson, who played the Diana Spencer archetype and was present at the Truman Capote Black and White ball for Katharine Graham.
He was also related to the US Navy family Mustin (the war industry).
He wrote The Jungle, the Brass Check, Oil!, King Coal (about John D Rockefeller), The Flivver King (about Henry Ford), The Gnomobile (about gnomes). The Jungle was propaganda for the new laws of Theodore Roosevelt to create the Food and Drugs Administration.
He published in Argosy of Frank Munsey (sold The Washington Times to Hearst, campaign of S&B member Theodore Roosevelt). Argosy also published HP Lovecraft and Robert Ervin Howard (Conan the Barbarian, inspired by themes of lost civilization of Theosophical Society).
He contributed to The Masses of Max Eastman.
He wrote for New America of Michael Harrington with contributors Bayard Rustin (Civil Rights Movement, Committee for the Present Danger), Norman Thomas, Seymour Martin Lipset (Columbia, NY Intellectuals, American Enterprise Institute), David McReynolds (gay agenda), Irwin Suall (Anti-Defamation League), James Baldwin (The New School, book with Margaret Mead), Jules Feiffer (Greenwich Village scene of Village Voice), ..
Robert Heinlein (science fiction scene in Laurel Canyon with Jack Parsons and Ron Hubbard) worked for him during his End Poverty in California campaign.
The Intercollegiate Socialist Society became the League for Industrial Democracy of Sidney Hook and Midge Rosenthal Decter.
In the 60's it transformed into the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) with jesuit Michael Harrington and Tom Hayden, married to Jane Fonda, who participated in the Chicago 7 media ritual with Abbie Hoffman and Bobby Seale of the Black Panthers). It was the driving force behind the New Left and collaborated with the NAACP and Congress of Racial Equality.
The CIA provocateur agents of the Weather Underground Organisation were a Greenwich Village offshoot of the Students for a Democratic Society (Bernardine Dohrn, Susan Rosenberg) and worked with the Black Panther Party and CIA agent Timothy Leary. They applauded the Sharon Tate murders of Charles Manson in a speech.
