It established centers in Memphis, Chicago and Baltimore. The Boulé is Greek for 'the council'. 1904 was the year Aleister Crowley had an experience at the Boulak Museum in Egypt and became the prophet of the Aeon of Horus. |

It is used to create anti-white extremism (bullying) in Divide-and-Conquer and problem-reaction-solution tactics and Dialectic games with agents of the Right Wing Church (apocalyptic race war, Philadelphia is one of the 7 cities mentioned in Book of Revelation).
Alpha Phi Alpha is associated with Cornell University and University of Illinois (BET founder Robert Johnson, Jesse Jackson),..It operates under authority of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (Divine 9, cult of Baal, Osiris bull worship), established in 1930 at Howard University.
Will Smith from Philadelphia played the child Horus archetype in NBC (Comcast) show Fresh Prince of Bel Air (Prince Hall Masonry), married Jada Pinkett (AKA) from Baltimore. They are involved in the cybernetics-dianetics electronic warfare of Scientology.
