The Armenian Kiurikian dynasty served the Seljuk Empire.
His friend Steve Bing had a relationship with Elizabeth Hurley (son Damian Hurley) and Lisa Bonder and participated in The Giving Pledge of Bill Gates.
He learned aviation from Panch Barnes at the Happy Bottom Riding Club in the Mojave desert, where Jack Parsons performed the Babalon Workings.
Barnes also trained Buzz Aldrin and was the subject of the 1983 movie The Right Stuff with Ed Harris, Lance Henriksen (The Omen II) and Barbara Hershey, based on a book of Tom Wolfe (Ken Kesey's Merry Pranksters). She was a friend of Ramon Navarro (Laurel Canyon).
In 1962 he bought land at the Las Vegas Strip, used to build Caesars Palace. With Martin Stern Jr he transformed Las Vegas in a high-rise metropolis with buildings like the International Hotel (used for performances of Elvis Presley, later Las Vegas Hilton) and the Flamingo Hotel (associated with mafia figures Bugsey Siegel and Meyer Lanski, Judy Garland, later Flamingo Hilton).
In 1969, the year of the moon landing and Sharon Tate ritual, he bought movie studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), mainly known for its adaptation of the Wizard of Oz, Stanley Kubrick's pedophile movie Lolita and 2001 ASO. He appointed James Aubrey (Philips Exeter, producer at CBS of Gilligan's Island and Beverly Hillbillies under William Paley) as president, married to actress Phyllis Thaxter. Aubrey replaced Edgar Bronfman.
In 1973 Kerkorian built the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. In 1980 85 people died in a fire at the MGM Grand (the Tower card).
In 1981 he bought Hollywood studio United Artists.
In 1986 he sold MGM to Ted Turner and the MGM Grand was renamed Bally's.
He sold the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino to Donald Trump's business partner Phil Ruffin.
With Knight of Malta Lee Iacocca he attempred to take over Chrysler Corporation. He also attempted to buy TWA (rival of Howard Hughes). He was a friend of Armenian Alex Yemenidjian (CEO of Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel).
Like Cher, the Kardashians and jesuit Mark Gregores (lawyer of Michael Jackson and Chris Brown), he worked with the Armenia Fund.
Iggy Azalea and Nick Jonas performed at his grandson's Bar Mitzvah.
