International Crisis Group

The International Crisis Group (ICG) is an American - European think tank, funded by George Soros' OSF (the Left Wing Church) and Koch (the Right Wing Church), in 1995, closely associated with the Open Society Foundations. It has its headquarter in Brussels Belgium.
