Francis Galton
Francis Galton was a British freemason and propaganda writer, used to push the eugenics (a term he invented) agenda. He was half-cousin of Charles Darwin. Samuel Galton had founded the Lunar Society with Erasmus Darwin, which played a role in the Industrial Revolution. He was educated at Cambridge under William Hopkins (also the teacher of Lord Kelvin and James Maxwell). In 1869 he published Hereditary Genius. He was the teacher of Karl Pearson (mathematical statistics, teacher of Harold Laski). In 1912 he participated in the International Congress on Eugenics with Arthur Balfour (Balfour Declaration with Laski) and Winston Churchill.
He worked with James McKeen Cattell (student of Wilhelm Wundt) and Cyril Burt who developed intelligence tests like the Eleven-Plus examination system.
He was a member of the Royal Geographic Society and British Association for the Advancement of Science.
Charles Galton Darwin (APS, Royal Society, student of Otto Hahn) worked on the Manhattan Project.
