He worked with Project Camelot, Sean Stone, jesuit Benjamin Fulford, Steven Greer, Graham Hancock, Bridget Nielsen, Michael Salla, Michael Tellinger, Laura Eisenhower, Stillness in the Storm, Collective Evolution, Discerningthemystery.com and Ancient Aliens (History Channel of Hearst).
He was mentored by Richard Hoagland (face on Mars hoax, Coast to Coast with jesuit George Noory, Project Camelot) who was consultant for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland, used as a programming center.
He claims to be a reincarnation of Edgar Cayce and having similar psychic powers. He promotes disinfo about extraterrestrials, Atlantis and the Ra material of Don Elkins (channelings similar to the Book of the Law channelings of Aleister Crowley).
He also helped spreading the Project Montauk hoax.
He was present at the press conference of the Disclosure Project of Steven Greer in in Washington DC in 2001 with Richard Dolan and jesuit Daniel Sheehan.
He hosts shows on Gaia with fake whistleblower Corey Goode (stories about blue avians= blue bird Horus, Project Bluebird).
In 2016 Wikileaks of Julian Assange spread fake emails of Hilary Clinton, jesuit John Podesta and Anthony Weiner (married to the Huma Abedin of Clinton Foundation), after which Wilcock and David Seaman spread stories of cryptic messages, leading to a mysterious pizzeria Comet Ping Pong in Washington with connections to a pedophilia network (Pizzagate psyop).
He wrote The Synchronicity Key and the Ascension Mysteries. He uses the New Age dogma Ascension and a coming Disclosure of information about aliens (the Event) as false hope. Pete Peterson (interviewed by Project Camelot) also played the role of whistleblower.
He worked with and was promoted by Hollywood screenwriter James V Hart, who worked on Steven Spielberg's Hook (Peter Pan programming, produced by Diana's lover Dodi Fayed, Nathan Crowley as production designer) with Robin Williams, Muppet Treasure Island, Contact of Robert Zemeckis (based on a novel of Carl Sagan), Bram Stoker's Dracula (member of the HOGD), Mary Shelley's Frankenstein with Robert De Niro and Helena Bonham Carter.
He gave a presentation about the history of giants at the Conscious Life Expo at Hilton LAX.
He appeared at the Contact in the Desert event at Yoshua Tree (Yeshua=Jesus, Mojave desert of Jack Parsons' Babalon Workings).
