The Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the US Department of Defense (the war industry), founded in 1958 by Dwight Eisenhower to work towards the transhumanist agenda. Its hq is Arlington County Virginia, near The Pentagon in Washington DC. It is closely associated with CIA, British MI6 and GCHQ, NSA, NASA, NSF and the totalitarian world state United Nations.
