Arthur Balfour
Arthur Balfour was a British agent of the Cecils, president of the Society for Psychical Research (AC Doyle, William Gladstone) from 1893 and pm of the UK from 1902 to 1905. He was a nephew of Robert Cecil. He was educated at Eton College (under William Johnson, accused of pedophilia) and Trinity College Cambridge like Cecil agent Aleister Crowley. He was a friend of Randolph Churchill-Spencer, the father of Winston Churchill and member of elite club The Souls (witth George Curzon, who married Oswald Mosley).
With Randolph Churchill he often visited Ferdinand Rothschild at Waddesdon Manor. In 1917 he wrote the Balfour Declaration (1st dom: Mercury=documents, writing), wich promised Israel to Walter Rothschild. Its draft was made at the home of Moses Gaster, with Chaim Weizmann, Nathan Rothschild, Nahum Sokolov (met with pope Benedikt XV). The daughter of Moses Gaster married the brother of Zionist Harold Laski (Fabian Society, Frankfurt School).
He was a member of the Royal Society.
He was president of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (or Chatham House) with JR Clynes (Labour Party), Lionel Curtis (advocate of world state, secretary of Alfred Milner). It published Round Table (myths of King Arthur's Round Table) and worked with Arnold Toynbee, John Keynes, Waldorf Astor, John Major and Jim O'Neill (Goldman Sachs).
